How does billing work?
Payment is handled by our secure billing portal, which keeps your card on file and sends one invoice for every product you use with us. You never enter card details in CutePulse itself.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next renewal.
What counts as a monitor?
Each URL, port, heartbeat, wellness agent or broken-link crawl you configure is one monitor, regardless of how often it runs.
What happens if a payment fails?
Nothing is switched off straight away. The billing portal retries your card over several days and emails you; your monitors keep running throughout.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get two months free on every paid plan.
